Medical malpractice is a specialized field in Florida requiring conditions precedent, statutory pre-suit compliance, expert witness certification and technical expertise in standard of care, causation and damages. Our experience includes the defense of hospitals, orthopedic surgeons, neurosurgeons, neurologists, vascular surgeons, general surgeons, radiologists, oncologists, internists and family practitioners. We have argued before the 1st, 4th and 5th District Courts of Appeal and the Florida Supreme Court, and have conducted seminars at the University of Cincinnati School of Medicine/Cincinnati Children's Hospital, Tufts University/New England Medical Center and the University of Miami School of Medicine.
