A native of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Chris Kirwan was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1996. He has nearly 25 years of experience in insurance defense and No-Fault disputes, including jury trials.

He has handled over 4,500 lawsuits for insurers, including Allstate Insurance Company, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, Progressive Insurance Company, Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, Federal National Insurance Company, State National Insurance Company, American Vehicle Insurance Company and Encompass Insurance. He has extensive experience in insurance fraud investigations, including with Special Investigation Units.

He received his B.S. and B.A. from Florida State University in 1992 and a J.D. from St. Thomas University in 1995. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Florida Bar Association and the Broward County Bar Association.

Born in Indianapolis, Indiana, Mr. Danner was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2004. He has over 17 years of experience in the insurance industry, having worked as an attorney, claims manager, claims adjuster and fraudulent insurance claims investigator.

Mr. Danner received his B.A. in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Indiana University in 1984 and his J.D. from the Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University in 2003. He speaks intermediate to semi-fluent Spanish.

He has been a member of the American Bar Association, Florida Bar Association, Miami-Dade Defense Bar Association, Federalist Society, American Trial Lawyers Association and the Broward County Bar Association. He has jury trial experience in the defense of cases involving personal injury, slip and fall, premises liability and other civil matters.

Prior to beginning his legal career, Mr. Danner worked for Allstate Insurance Company, Security National Insurance Company and Reliance Insurance as the Miami Branch Manager in charge of all aspects of the office's claim investigations. As an adjuster, he specialized in catastrophic loss, wrongful death and bad faith claims.

Ms. Alvarez was born and raised in Miami, Florida. She graduated from the University of Florida cum laude in 2009 with a double major in Criminology and Political Science, and received her law degree from Florida International University in 2012.

Ms. Alvarez is an AV® Preeminent™ Peer-Review Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Martindale-Hubbell. She is a member of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, an active member of the Florida Bar's Diversity and Inclusion Committee and the Young Lawyers Trial Section, and a member of the Florida Association of Women Lawyers and the Claims and Litigation Management Alliance.

She has experience in SIU claims, fraud, personal injury protection and homeowners/first property cases. While attending law school, Ms. Alvarez interned as a Legislative Aide for a Miami-Dade County Commissioner and served as a Certified Legal Intern for the State Attorney's Office in Miami-Dade County.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Alvarez was a Senior Associate at an insurance defense firm focused on Personal Injury Protection and Property Insurance Defense. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her French Bulldog, Louie, and speaks fluent Spanish.

Anna Pesantes was born in Los Angeles, California and raised in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. She started her law firm career with a prominent law firm in Cleveland, Ohio.

With over 30 years of experience, Anna has gained knowledge and understanding in Human Resources, recruiting of staff and attorneys, law firm accounting and benefits. She also has experience as a Litigation Secretary in Family Law and as a Real Estate Paralegal.

Ms. Pesantes is fully bilingual in English and Spanish. In her spare time, Anna enjoys live music festivals and helping animals in need.
