Trial Experience
The firm's partners, Christopher Kirwan, Scott Danner and Lissette Alvarez have combined trial experience of over 100 jury trials over the past 20 years, including traumatic brain injury (TBI), wrongful death, catastrophic injuries, bodily injury (BI), uninsured motorist (UM), personal injury protection (PIP), and special investigative unit (SIU) and fraud cases. We have a senior associate with extensive knowledge in workers' compensation. In addition, our associate attorneys regularly participate in all stages of litigation.
Ongoing Education
