Ms. Tejada was born in Barranquilla, Colombia, but raised in South Florida most of her life. She graduated from Florida International University in 2012 with a double major in International Relations and Political Science. In 2014, she earned a Master of Business Management.

 While attending St. Thomas University School of Law, Ms. Tejada was a member of the Moot Court Board, and served as a Judicial Intern for the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida in and for Broward County. In 2017 she began working as a law clerk in Homeowner’s Insurance Defense. In her time as a law clerk, Ms. Tejada also worked on Product Liability and Personal Injury Mass Tort Litigation, defending the rights of injured parties.

 As an associate with Kirwan Spellacy & Danner, Ms. Tejada has focused her work on Homeowner’s Insurance Defense and Personal Injury Protection Defense.  She is based in the Fort Lauderdale office.
